Terms of Payment

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, money orders, certified or personal checks.
• Allow time for personal check to clear.
• To pay by money order or personal check, please call us at (956) 682-8626 or fax to (956) 683-8961 to place your order.

Sales Tax

• Texas residents will be charged a 8.25% sales tax
• Residents outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax
• Wholesale accounts must provide valid tax ID

Returns

We offer what we call our "10 day test drive" on every item that we sell with the exception of special orders and custom designs.  If any item that you buy from us does not satisfy you in every way, simply return it in good condition with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund.   Returns will be issued in same form as original purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Guarantee

Many people are surprised to find that a store has no legal obligation to take an item for return after you've purchased it.  Also, many stores have a strictly no cash refund policy. We feel that our guarantees and return policy are the strongest that you will find.  If any item that you buy from us does not satisfy you in every way, simply return it in good condition with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund.  Our guarantee covers everything except unreasonable wear or abuse.  We are not in this business to just make a sale.  Instead, we want you to come back to shop with us, refer your friends and family to us for all of their fine jewelry needs as well.  We realize that we can only accomplish this if our clients are completely satisfied.
